My stay at the Walker Hotel Greenwich Village started off on a positive note with the cozy ambiance and quirky features like complimentary apple cider. However, I faced significant issues with room temperature – the air conditioning didn't cool effectively, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at times. The staff were friendly and attentive, but some check-in experiences were problematic, which detracted from my overall impression. Despite its charming location, the room's comfort level left much to be desired. 🌆😓

While I loved the cozy room ambiance and the hotel's Art Deco aesthetic, there were several service issues that detracted from the experience. For instance, check-in was a hassle with staff being unhelpful at times. And the cleanliness during my stay was inconsistent, which is concerning. Overall, I appreciated the location and comfort but felt the service could use significant improvement.
